Meet the Gists.
A shared love of books turned into a warm place for readers to gather.
From an online idea to a neighborhood home.
Craig started Turn the Page as an eBay store, hoping to teach his sons business and responsibility. Betsy brought a lifelong love of reading and a big-hearted perspective from nearly 25 years in hospital social work.
After Betsy left healthcare to help grow the business, the two opened their first physical location at Canterbury Village. Soon after, with help from family and friends, they opened the Davison store at 9009 Davison Road.
When people walk through the door, they are not just customers. They are friends.
Built with heart.
There have been brave decisions, long days and plenty of hope along the way. The reward is a growing community of readers, regulars and new friends.
